• Manufacturing defects

This does not cover:

• Damage due to misuse, accidents, or unauthorized modifications

• Normal wear and tear

• Issues caused by improper installation

🕒 Warranty Period

The warranty period begins on the day your order is delivered, not when it's purchased.

• Standard Warranty: 30 days from delivery

• Some products may include longer warranties as listed on their product page

1. Your full name and order number

2. A detailed description of the issue

3. Clear photos or a short video showing the problem

We typically respond within 24–48 hours.

Once your claim is reviewed:

• Valid claim: We’ll send you a free replacement, offer a refund, or provide store credit, depending on the situation.

• Unclear claim or high-value item: We may request that you return the item for inspection before a decision is made.

In most cases, returns are not required.
